It's rare I visit a restaurant or bar in Portland more than once because there are so many options. I've been to Roscoe's now over 5 times. 1) They have one of the best fresh hop lists in the city in fresh hop season. 2) There's no other place in Portland you can eat great quality sushi, beautifully plated, alongside hush puppies and fries. 3) You can eat and drink that great food while playing pinball or pool in an open bar setting. 4) High-backed booths are great for dates.
Amazing selection of fresh hop beers right now. I love the fact that you can get sushi from Miyamoto and still enjoy the atmosphere of Roscoe’s. Service was on point. Highly recommended!
Decent selection of OR brews, with a few non-Cascadia options thrown in without notice. Nice dark music. Runaway nonsense movies on the single TV, which is muted. Sweet.

Great tap list with wide ranges of beer. I noticed they carry more east coast beers on tap than most. Sat at the bar and had an enjoyable night.
Incredible! Great food, great pinball, and even better service! I generally don't like pasta, but their mac and cheese (especially their caprese mac) is amazing. Just be sure to ask if their fried green tomatoes are in stock prior to ordering ;) Also, I feel I should emphasize that their service really is next level. They are absolutely elite in the quality of their service. Every employee I've interacted with has been wonderful. Now go play some Attack From Mars
Roscoe's is a hidden gem with a great vibe. Fitting atmosphere for all adult ages, pool tables and a really cool smoking dungeon! The gumbo we delicious as well as the catfish strips. The bartender was friendly and attentive, it was worth the drive across the bridge.
